“ Very pleasant breakfast experience today at LGW South airside. Sejal greeted me with a ‘good morning’ and a lovely smile. My cheese and oak smoked toastie was cooked to perfect temperature and my flat white was good and hot. As expected the prices were inflated; 17.20 for 2 toastie and a grande flat white. ”

“ Very busy and crowded place at the airport. They don't do tall size and also have different menu than mainland USA. Staff was nice but looked like it was running by indians and Pakistanis. They were trying hard to pronounce names and products which way funny. Place is huge and my recommendation would be that staff members need to stay in the lobby area and take care of the dinning room. It was a disaster. Zunaira at the register stood out to me. she was helpful and nice and was very polite. It's early in the morning. I really appreciate when I see someone who genuinely cares. ”
